Though the hotel dazzled in ambiance, the dining experience fell flat. I was disheartened by the inconsistency of meal quality. some dishes were underwhelming while others missed the mark entirely. It was disappointing to find so few fresh and healthy options, yet the restaurant areas lacked appealing decor, leaving a dull impression.

This resort is a hidden oasis! With lush gardens and private casitas, our stay was beyond amazing. Morning yoga, an outdoor hot spa, and attentive staff made for a perfect getaway. The only downside was the restaurant’s dinner menu, but the breakfast was always delightful. Can’t wait to return!

The stay was awesome! Our Canyon Casita Queen had large windows with a forest view, and we could hear howler monkeys outside. Super clean room with a hot tub and an outdoor dining area. The prompt golf cart service made getting around easy. Daily breakfast was fresh and tasty. They offer a great hiking trail too!

Staying for two nights in a Canyon Casita King felt like a dream, with spacious accommodations and breathtaking views of the volcano. Our stay was beyond magical! The private jacuzzi felt like heaven while showering surrounded by nature sounds was surreal. Dining experiences were amazing, especially the Chef's Corner with Chef Guillermo's good six-course meal. I wish the restaurant décor could use a little uplift.
